Building on the relationship established with the 2025 Residency Programme, Something Useful Project (SUP) has been invited to work alongside NCUE help deliver the International conference: Interweaving and Co-Creation: Diverse pathways of Arts Education, which is hosted by National Changhua University of Education, National Chung Hsing University, and InSEA (THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR EDUCATION THROUGH ART) in May 2026.

SUP is developing a pre-conference international exchange platform, including talks, discussions, and a collateral exhibition in Changhua. The collateral exhibition will be an opportunity to reflect the conference themes, showcase creative practices by local and international artists and once again demonstrate how art is collectively generated across, and permeates through, educational, social, technological, and psychosocial contexts.

Through these initiatives, SUP connects research with professional practice, expands international networks, and demonstrates how structured collaboration can extend the impact of academic conferences, fostering long-term international partnerships in arts education.
